Epic games launcher is ass.

I play many different games on my pc including games like call of duty modern warfare & rainbow 6 siege, valorant, csgo and many others. NEVER have I had a problem running any games on this pc. But every time I play games using epic games I constantly have crashes on any game I play. I played fortnite for a while and would have this issue and recently I downloaded gta 5 with epic games and I am having the same issue of random crashes. I know for a 100% fact that its not an issue with my pc because as I have mentioned I've never had an issues running games apart from when they are linked with epic games. The specs of my pc are: 32gb of ram, GTX 1080ti, ryzen 7 3700x and the mother board is also really good tho I cannot remember the exact model. Why is this happening ONLY when I use games linked with epic games? Can someone help pls?
